These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PatrolNova, a software platform operated by Nexonowa IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), available at patrolnova.com (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you add.
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised on our pricing page. After the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or yearly) plus applicable GST, and are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including guard records, client information, attendance data, and financial records ("Your Data"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Data, including ensuring you have proper consent to store and process any personal information of your guards, clients, or other individuals within the platform.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
The Service includes an optional client portal feature allowing you to share contracts, attendance, and invoices with your clients, and to collect uploaded signature images for contract acknowledgment. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this feature, including obtaining any signatures, complies with applicable law regarding electronic signatures and agreements in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other subscribers' accounts or data; or (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PatrolNova and Nexonowa IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and canceling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
